Lance is a father of 3. He has owned a number of successful businesses and has always had an entrepreneur’s spirit. Always wanting more than what the typical 9 to 5 job would offer Lance always looked for a creative way to make more. When his son was only 4 he started teaching him about money and business leading him to be a success amongst his peers before the age of 15. Lance has been coached and trained with the likes of Robert Kiyosaki, bestselling author of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert’s advising team, Darren Weeks, Josh and Lisa Lannon, Ken McElroy, Blair Singer, Andy Tanner, Tom Wheelwright, Garret Sutton. Lance’s teaching have come from a variety of other people like Vern Harnish, Harv Eker, Bob Molle, Colin Sprake, Ron White and many more. Today Lance owns a number of real estate properties and manages 2 businesses but not until one teaching did he find his true purpose and passion of helping young people. Lance created the Young Entrepreneurs Training program with the goal to make a difference in young people around the world. Teaching things our school systems should be teaching but are extremely slow at adopting. His goal is to make a difference in this world even if it means one person at a time.
Lucas started going to work with his dad Lance at the age of 4. By 5 he started his first business owning a gumball machine. By the age of 14 Lucas had expanded his business to over 100 gumball machines across the lower mainland of B.C. Lucas started attending business events with his dad and by the age of 15 he was asked by Robert Kiyosaki, bestselling author of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad to be a guest on his radio show. The topic was raising a young entrepreneur and our school systems. By the end of that summer Lucas had written his book called The Gumball Kid which received a number of endorsements. The book was purchased by a number of people and not too long after Lucas was asked to speak in both elementary and high schools that had done book studies on his book. Lucas was also asked to be a speaker at an event sponsored by Fortune 500 magazine and was the opening speaker where he sold more books than any other professional speaker at the 3 day event. His school recognized what Lucas was doing and gave him credits which allowed Lucas to graduate early from high school. At 18 Lucas sold his business but kept his very first machine in his very first location and has now started studying with one of Robert’s mentors learning the stock market while also pursuing an apprentiship as an electrician.
